HEALING WOMEN-FROM TRAUMA TO EMPOWERMENT. Healing Women- From Trauma To Empowerment. Space is Limited. The group will meet the first Saturday of the month from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please reserve your spot by either calling 561 408 8500 or emailing dianek@mycalmwaters.com . This group is donation only. Suggested donation is $25 per session or whatever you can afford.

Description

This is an opportunity to:

-     Meet other women and have a safe space to talk.

-     Increase Self Esteem.

-     Reduce Anxiety and Depression

-     Process Feelings related to Trauma.

-     Learn healthier ways to deal with our emotions.

-     Learn healthy more assertive ways to communicate and live   our lives.

-     All while hopefully having a few needed laughs and making  new friends.
